Originating from southern Italy, specifically in the regions of Molise and Puglia, and dates back to at least the 13th century. Its shape creates a natural pocket that holds onto sauces, making it great with hearty ragùs, creamy sauces, or simple garlic and broccoli rabe. It’s rustic, satisfying, and full of character. This pasta is made by hand and shaped using a hand-cranked machine.
Pasta is delivered fresh and will keep refrigerated for up to days. It can be frozen for longer storage.
