A long, thick pasta with a hollow center that runs through each strand, giving it a satisfyingly chewy bite and making it especially good at holding sauces both inside and out. Traditionally made from durum wheat and water, this classic shape is most closely associated with Roman cooking. Bucatini pairs beautifully with rich, clingy sauces like amatriciana or carbonara, but it’s just as delicious tossed with simple tomato sauces, butter and cheese, or olive oil and black pepper.

Pasta is delivered fresh and will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days. It can be frozen for longer storage.
